The Ultimate Catch (in Burbank, that is)

NFL superstar Chad Ocho Cinco, formerly Chad Johnson, of the Cincinnati Bengals was in Loyal Studios’ Burbank green screen facility for a taping of his new reality show series for VH1 entitled “Ocho Cinco:  The Ultimate Catch.”

Ocho Cinco scores in Burbank

The new show will follow the dating life of one of the NFL’s more outspoken wide receiver personalities.  What’s fascinating about this new program is the interactive role the audience will take in the process.  The dates will be recorded live and fed to the internet via Ustream for instant feedback from viewers.  You can tweet your comments or join the live chat and provide immediate feedback.  It’s a whole new type of interactive entertainment that finds the right balance between television and the internet.  There is a synchronicity to the experience that broadens the interplay of today’s engaged viewer.

ProHD Rentals and Loyal Studios were there to document some of Chad’s testimonials for the show.  VH1, a long time client of ProHD Rentals, chose the Burbank green screen space for its privacy, intimacy and complete customer service, not only for the celebrity talent but for the show runners as well.

VH1’s Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch is executive produced by Bob Horowitz and Lewis Fenton (for JUMA Entertainment) and Mark Cronin and Cris Abrego (for 51 Minds Entertainment, LLC. an Endemol Company). Ben Samek and Matt Odgers also executive produce for the series and the company.  Jeff Olde, Jill Holmes, and Kristen Kelly oversee the series for VH1.

VH1 is sure to score another hit with the intimate, live experience participating in a real date with Cincinnati’s Bad Boy Bengal:  Ocho Cinco.  And ProHD Rentals was there to capture it!
